2006-07 Evaluation

On behalf of all our staff, we appreciate your participation this winter, and we are interested in hearing back from you on ways in which we can improve things here at The Soccer Center. Would you mind taking some time to answer the questions below? If you are a team manager, please feel free to forward this evaluation form onto all of your players and ask them to respond directly to me.

In order to serve you better, we’d like your comments about what worked well and what could have been better. We are in the planning stages for next year’s season, and already have some great ideas on ways to improve the whole experience at The Soccer Center, but we’d like your thoughts and suggestions as well. Your comments will greatly assist us in our planning and preparation for next year. Our main goal is to provide the best indoor soccer experience for everyone, and we want your experience here at The Soccer Center to be enjoyable and worthwhile.

What were the greatest highlights of your experience at The Soccer Center?

What do you think were the biggest challenges of your experience, and in what ways do you think The Soccer Center could improve?

League Play: did you play Futsal, 7v7 or did you play in both leagues? If you played in only one of the leagues, why did you choose that specific league? What were the reasons why you did not want to play in the other league?
