Session II. To register your team in a league at The Soccer

our registration page. Session II begins in early January. The
deadline for registering teams is

register early to guarantee their spot as we are experiencing an
increased volume of inquiries from new teams looking to get into
our leagues. All teams (returning and new) must send in their
complete rosters along with full payment (no partial payments or
partial rosters please!). Teams
will not be considered registered until the registration form
and payment have been received. Payment and rosters must be
received by the deadline date to be put on the schedule.

HANDS FOR HONDURAS -TELA (H2HT) |
| A
group of volunteers called “Hands to Honduras – Tela” travel to Honduras
every year in January to work on humanitarian projects in Tela and
surrounding towns. The Hands to Honduras – Tela Program is a
partnership that has been bringing North American and Honduran
communities together since 1998. |
 |
Members of
the Charlotte-Shelburne Rotary Club, as well as other Rotary clubs and many
non-Rotarians, volunteer their time and money for providing technical and
humanitarian assistance to Honduras.
Many of the projects are
specifically geared towards helping the poor children in Tela and the
surrounding areas.
 |
One of the
projects for this coming year is to provide soccer equipment – balls,
shoes, shin guards, uniforms, etc. for children in Honduras, so we are
asking our local soccer players and teams if they would be willing to
donate used balls and
equipment for the kids of Tela. Equipment donations may be made at The
Soccer Center. For additional information, please contact Norm Robinson
at
Forenorm@aol.com. |
